Be the person customers remember on the worst day of their month.
Nobody plans on a collision. You’re the calm, friendly voice that turns a stressful accident into a smooth, well-explained repair. We’re a top-tier collision center, and we’re looking for an experienced people person to guide customers from estimate to keys-in-hand.
What you’ll do:
- Meet with customers, listen to their concerns, and explain the repair and insurance process in plain English.
- Work alongside our damage analysts to walk through estimates and schedule repairs.
- Confidently ask for the sale and follow up with customers.
- Keep customers updated every couple of days, so nobody ever has to call and ask “where’s my car?”
- Handle vehicle drop-off and delivery, including the final walkthrough, warranty, and survey.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with CCC ONE.
- Working knowledge of collision estimating, enough to follow an estimate and explain it to a customer.
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Clear communication and a calm manner under pressure.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
