We are looking for a high-performance Sales & Operations Manager in the automotive field to take full ownership of the operation. This is a leadership and sales role — you will run the floor, lead the team, drive revenue, and represent our brand at the highest level. You report directly to the Owner and have the autonomy to operate the business with full independence after a 30-day onboarding period.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5–10 years of customer service, sales, and management experience.
- Proven track record managing teams and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong sales background — you know how to close.
- Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar a plus)
- Marketing awareness — you understand how to build and grow brand presence.
- Automotive industry knowledge preferred but not required — passion for the industry is a must.
- Experience in a production or service-based business environment.
